Career Coaching
Why use a coach?
Whether you’re re-entering the workforce, debating a career change, or just feeling stuck, working with a coach can help you clarify goals and unlock your potential. In our partnership, I will encourage self-discovery and ask thought-provoking questions to help you move forward. I will walk with you along whatever journey you’re on and encourage you along with way.
Finding out exactly what you really want for yourself is our first task together. I help you distinguish between what you ‘should’ be or want from what you, in your heart of hearts, really want for yourself. Once you create the ideal goal, you’re much more likely to naturally and consistently take actions to reach it.
Just as athletes lean on their coach for encouragement and skill development, a career coach can help you draw on your courage and strength and help move you to action.
Let’s Go!
We’ll start our partnership with a complementary intake session to learn more about your goals and to confirm we are a fit. Effective coaching works best with a multi-month commitment. I offer a variety of packages, which include a 90-minute discovery session followed by 45-minute calls at a cadence you set.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I can offer the CliftonStrengths assessment at a discounted rate. Once you complete the assessment, we can set up one or multiple coaching sessions to dive into your report and to learn more about how to tap into your Strengths. Student package pricing is available, too.

"A coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be."
