Jumping Back In

Since I was here last, I have started a new role, which I love! I’m back in medical education and meeting planning. I also have been in a season of “yes” for volunteer roles. As my oldest prepares to graduate this spring, I’m rolling off some of the leadership positions, which is giving me more time to jump back into my space here at All in the Detail.

Don’t beat yourself up for stepping away and giving your time to other things. You build processes, systems, organizations, and you let them grown. You step away; you figure out what makes you come alive, and then you jump back in, and that’s what I’m doing!
